Probably off topic but; the regular auto-scrolling is not functioning
properly. Directly after loading page, clicking e.g Ctrlpanel button or any
title in the Open list does not scroll down to it. And if I scroll down and
close the Ctrlpanel, and now click the Ctrlpanel button, it doesn't scroll
up to it when it opens.
Also, interestingly, if I'm scrolled down on page and reload - the
scrolldown remains in the new reloaded page! I didn't even realize this was
possible.

Did my pointers on how to make the range sliders work make any sense? The
TWaddle Theme Tweaks tiddler

should make it clear.
