Try the backtick syntax [1]: 

#SOMEONE: [[something interesting]] a 
`C:\Users\DBla\AppData\Local\SomeSite\__u.exe` per XXX\DBla

Tripple double quotes are not meant to be "nowiki" 
see: http://tiddlywiki.com/#Hard%20Linebreaks%20in%20WikiText

They are a block element and need to be at the beginning of the line, 
similar to block quotes [2]
