Yes, the shadowtiddler titled SideEditor (found at, I believe, the bottom 
in the sidebar Shadow tab list), under the styling for ".sideeditor" you 
find "width:400px". Out of curiosity, do you find the default too wide or 
to narrow?


FYI though, I will soon release an update because I've realized I must 
split out the CSS for the sliders fully from the above mentioned tiddler. I 
thought the CSS slider settings would only be global if they were tagged 
with $:/tags/Stylesheet but I guess that since that tiddler is tagged with 
$:/tags/Macro then the styling becomes global.
