If you're really keen on this, you could try altering the text
of $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/title
In all likelihood I've broken something horribly, but I was able to add
<$link></$link> (in two places) and it *appears* to do what you describe
(but please, please don't use it on your real wiki).
The text looks like this: -
