You put the macro as the text and then to display it on the from you either
use <$transclude tiddler='$:/data/Personal Information' field='date'/> or
{{$:/data/Personal Information!!date}} on the form to display the output of
the macro.
I have added this to the resume builder
<http://ooktech.com/jed/ExampleWikis/ResumeBuilderWiki/> in the most recent
update, you set what you want to use for the date in the preview and
options part. I should probably find a better way to organize things.
