If you have something more specific than I would be happy to help but for what you are asking the answer is just add fields at the bottom of the edit view of a tiddler and then reference them using text references <http://tiddlywiki.com/#TextReference>.
There isn't really any comprehensive guide to starting with tiddlywiki yet.
