I'm not very technical but my experience with Ff 40.0 on Android 4.4.2 (Tesco Hudl 2 tablet) is that a wiki with a couple of plugins (GSD, TiddlyMap) will normally save changes to a new filename, automatically incrementing version numbers. If you install TiddlyFox then it will save to the same filename. YMMV, of course.
