This will cause the CSS content to be wikified, so that transclusions will be processed. You can also add <pre>...</pre> around the CSS so that it will still be displayed nicely in view mode. (note: the TWCore automatically strips out all HTML syntax before applying the stylesheet, so adding the <pre>...</pre> won't affect your CSS)
