Hi I came across BitBalloon web hosting -- this appears to be the easiest and quickest way of publishing a TW (free.)
1. Go to BitBalloon <https://www.bitballoon.com/> 2. Rename your TW to index.html 3. Drag and drop your site onto the page 4. Rename your site 5.
