That macro was news to me. I find it heere: $:/core/macros/thumbails

The first line of it is:

\define thumbnail(link,icon,color,background-color,image,caption,width:"280"
,height:"157")

i.e to me it seems that it expects as its first argument a link, i.e which 
tiddler that it should link to. You can try to make this empty like so:

<<thumbnail-right image:"" "Tiddler Poster.png" >>

...or, better, make it link to http://tiddlywiki.com/#HelpingTiddlyWiki
