Hi Francis, great that you want to create a tutorial. IMO TiddlyWiki desperately needs more tutorial videos!
Just wanted to say, for the TiddlyMap installation I did a video here https://youtu.be/dmeIxuN0L5w. It shows how to install TiddlyWiki and add TiddlyMap. It also talks a bit about TiddlyFox and other concepts of TiddlyWiki.
