With TW5 you can create system tiddlers. They are not shown by default. All system tiddlers start with $: To get them listed at the "More: System" tab, at the very beginning of the list you can start your "user" system tiddlers with an underline, like so: $:_mySystemTiddler. This (the underline) is just an option. But they are easy to find :)
