Hi Hegart I don't think that the original instructions from Backslash are correct. You do not need to manually base-64 encode images. Here's the steps I would recommend:
* Import your favicon image in .ICO or .PNG format * Rename it to $:/favicon.ico I think the confusion around base 64 encoding arose because the body of images are encoded that way when they are stored in tiddlers. But the conversion happens automatically. Best wishes Jeremy.
