I had this same issue. I fixed it by deleting the folder ~/.config/TiddlyWiki/user-config-tiddlywiki. It seems that the user-config-tiddlywiki can specify a "includeWikis" path that doesn't exist, and this causes the loading of the initial application to fail.
I'll look into if there's an easy fix for this. (Probably just update "var resolvedIncludedWikiPath = path.resolve(wikiPath,info.path);" to confirm that the path exists.
