That's appears to be less of an issue rather than a feature. After all, there's nothing left to be renamed when it comes to the tag. Perhaps I should indicate that to perform the change entirely, one is to push all buttons, those checkmarks for tagged tiddlers as well as the button to rename the tag-tiddler itself.
