Glad to see someone else fancy definition lists.
I find them to be quite appropriate for many usecases.

Evolena already explained things nicely.
There's that learning curve to tackle,
but once that's made, you're good to go.

I'll make a post for it on tb5 later,
because I think it's very useful to...

   - advocate using definition lists
   - have that as an example of working with the list wiget
   - promote using a summary field
   - also show the use of selector:before {content:"»"} in css to 
   make things look more list-like
