Hi For my own reference, I have created a repository giving revised instructions for creating wikis on Github pages using git (this follows the method I used to set up my wikis.) If you don't have git installed on your workstation you will need to do so before using this method.
The repository may be found here <https://github.com/matabele/TW5-auto-publish> -- it contains a copy of Danielo's codebase -- you may either clone Danielo's original repository <https://github.com/danielo515/TW5-auto-publish2gh-pages> (as described in the instructions) or you may clone my repository <https://github.com/matabele/TW5-auto-publish>.
