Not suggesting to remove node related info form TiddlyWiki.com,
just not to mingle node things with basic wiki topics too much.
Of course, *ExternalImages* should reference a tiddler to explain "Creating 
external images under Node.js".

Sorry for not quite been up to speed yet on all things node.
Always wanted to go through the node commands and test them out.
I've only today got to simply unzipping the repo somewhere that is not my 
fork
and run some commands against editions folders to see what happens.
Well, the things we want to do. :D
