Can you elaborate what you mean with "proprietary"? Both appear to offer great functionality it appears one can just use without any attachments in their demo applications. Sure, if you want to embed any of that on your site using their native markup, then that's is something else. But if you just want to draw / save / open / edit these things, MarvonJS appears to be plenty more feature-rich and well designed. *Note*: I've only just seen either today, never before.
