Why should TW5 stick with UTC? Maintaining a legacy that only works for 
1/24 of the world is somewhat harsh.

At the very least, users should be able to configure how they want their 
time stamps kept.

I'm thinking that someone has probably already made a Journal widget/button 
that can save in local time?
