Hi Remi but I'm not sure if there is a way to describe the *interaction between > entities (and thus tiddlers)*, I was thinking of working with field > values, but that's just a vague idea at this time.
Not sure if it suits your case, but you can use TiddlyMap (http://tiddlymap.org) to describe the relationships between tiddlers.
