Hi James, I'm not Jeremy, but the answer is _no_. TiddlyWiki is a web application, that needs a browser to run. TiddlyDesktop is a "wrapper" application, to get a "native" feeling for the TW web application. It also adds some features, eg: managing several file based TWs from the main UI, but the basic app is still the "web" TW.
