It’s probably too late, but the most useful thing would be if you could zip up a copy of the configuration folder that you deleted! My hypothesis is that TiddlyDesktop did at some point start correctly, but that something happened to corrupt the configuration data - conceivably, the app crashing might leave the config folder in an unstable state.
