Hi Steve Schneider,

I did that because I am using a Header for the title and subtitle and a 
Topmenu for the buttons. http://bc.classic,tiddlyspot.com  if you open the 
tiddlers tagged $:/tags/PageTemplate, you will see big coloured lines 
across the screen (not only on the top). It was easier for me to edit the 
content that way. Also I wanted to colour the background.
