Hi

It would appear that this problem could be easily solved by exporting a 
static html version (which is by nature RO) from an editable nodejs version:

tiddlywiki --verbose --load mywiki.html --rendertiddlers <filter> <template> 
<pathname>


Locking/unlocking of individual tiddlers by user/group permissions is 
another matter :-)
