Format Toolbar plugin wish to make Tiddlywiki5 more user friendly. Others have
tried before but some problems. For example http://tw5editor.tiddlyspot.com/
but not a plugin. It would be nice if several people could work on a plugin at
the same time but it would have to be started from github maybe.
