Did you try: Controlpanel (i.e the Cog icon) > Theme Tweaks - Sizes - 
Tiddler Width

Ok, I should have read this sentence more carefully before beginning to 
answer but maybe it helped with something because surely the instructions I 
gave were not complicated. Besides, the chances of finding a theme that has 
exactly your desired tiddler width etc... no big chances.
