To upgrade go here <http://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease/upgrade> and drag and drop your html file on the page. It also has a link to download the upgrader for offline use. To upgrade to the current release you use the url http://tiddlywiki.com/upgrade It is a much simpler process than I thought it would be at first.
