Hi Mat, you may be interested in the new tobibeer/hash <http://tobibeer.github.io/tw5-plugins/#hash> filter plugin (announced here <https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/tiddlywiki/EYWuTvUFaLA> ), which allows to uri-encode one or more tiddler titles to proper uri hashes.
