I use tiddlywiki remotely by logging into my computer at home on remote 
desktop. This is not too hard to do if you have access to your router to open 
the right ports. Chrome Remote Desktop allows you to do that over your browser 
which bypasses the port forwarding issue.

Keep in mind that in this case, security is up to you and you need to be 
mindful, depending on how much access you want to have on hour home machine.
