I use a tooltip (using the <abbr> HTML tag) in my definition link macro <https://hegart-dmishiv.github.io/my-TW5-dev-instance/#%24%3A%2F_Macros%2Fdefn-link>, which took some help from the community here to create, as I'm a n00b with TW macros. One thing I found is that there's no point putting links into the tooltip though, as they don't work. This limits the usefulness of a tooltip for this purpose, from my perspective.
