I just store my Tiddlywiki file in Dropbox and open it from the Android
Dropbox app using AndTidWiki. This allows me to edit and save on Android
or on my desktop. I just need to make sure I always re-open the wiki from
Dropbox so that I pick up any changes from other devices.

Dropbox is smart enough to synchronise files in chunks, so it works quite
well with large Tiddlywiki files.
