There is some explaination of how hashover works with tiddlywiki here <http://ooktech.com/jed/externalbrain/?Comments#Adding%20comments%20sections%20to%20tiddlers%20on%20a%20tiddlywiki%20using%20hashover>, but there didn't seem to be any real interest in using it so I never bothered to improve the instructions.
