Hi Jon, As announced here <https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/tiddlywiki/a6wFhMzw8SI>, the new version 0.6.0 <https://github.com/tobibeer/tw5-appear/releases/tag/0.6.0> of tobibeer/appear <http://tobibeer.github.io/tw5-plugins/#appear> can now handle nested appear-widget popups.
By default it also makes all popups sticky.
