Another possibility for copying tiddlers between  tiddlywikis is to use 
tiddlyclip - dock to one tw then go to another. Without selecting any text 
right click and select 'tip' from the context menu, type in the name of a 
tag. All tiddlers with that tag will be copied into the other tiddlywiki
