Further to Tobias's answer, I have created a tiddler in my own
{{DesignWrite}} wiki
<https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/y5yubous01eyifc/HegartDmishiv-on-DesignWrite.html#appear%20%C2%BB%20Examples>
which demonstrates this, using my own copy of your <<hilite>> macro, and my
custom <<codeline>> macro to build an example page using Tobi's example
code. This way I didn't need to find and copy in Tobi's additional
documentation macros. I was just coming back here to post a reply to you
but Tobi got there first. ;-)
