Hi

Perhaps there is a need to provide options for 'empty.html' -- for example:
-- 'minimal' with only essential features to operate (strip out unnecessary 
stuff) -- suitable for normal users
-- 'starter' with features for new users (includes features such as the 
edit toolbar and even the reference documentation)
-- perhaps checkboxes to include a selection of other plugins
