Hi Hegart,
Edit $:/core/ui/Buttons/save-wiki, transcluding your save.png.
Add .tc-dirty-indicator as suggested by Mat to your stylesheet.
Tiddler: $:/core/modules/saver-handler.js handles saving when dirty. (You
should not change anything there)
