Ok some more news after a quick search.

FF do plan to remove this setting in future versions of FF, however, if the 
tiddlyfox extension is not able tobe signed before then there is an other 
option.

Developpers will have access to an unbranded version , where the setting 
will still be available.

It would seem like a good idea to release this as a TiddlyWiki editor 
version (I've tried And TidWiki, and it permanently crashes on my tablet !
