Hi Tristan, Regarding javascript. Neither Hegart nor myself have much experience with it. Any such background is beneficial down the line I am sure.
Currently we have been dealing with html with light ineraction of CSS. There is still much to decide on what needs to be done in Beta. If you would like, you can catch one of us on Hangouts to chat about joining the main dev team.
