I am not sure why it isn't fetching bundles correctly. My best guess is that there is some problem with the https vs http interaction. Which is going to be annoying.
The tiddler listed there has the wrong name, there are two of them, $:/SitetwCard and $:/SiteAuthor, although the second one did get created on yours. Of course as soon as someone else sees it there are a bunch of problems to fix.
