I made a Tool called rearranger to reorder the story...it can be found

After pressing the "rearrange Order" Button in theRearranger
<http://rearranger.tiddlyspot.com/#Rearranger>you will get a list which
you can reorder by drag-and-drop and then load as new storylist
The Rearranger needs the following Tiddlers: * theRearranger
<http://rearranger.tiddlyspot.com/#Rearranger>itself, * a Tiddler called
ReArrange <http://rearranger.tiddlyspot.com/#ReArrange>containing a
taglist and the "load"-button... * BJ's drag-and-drop

Issues/ToDo
Sidebar Tab
The rearranger creates a tab in the sidebar called "order", which
unluckily does not show the Tiddlers transcluded in theRearranger
<http://rearranger.tiddlyspot.com/#Rearranger>yet. I can't figure why
because they appear in the tiddler...
clear Listfield
It would be useful to clear the listfield in theReArranger
<http://rearranger.tiddlyspot.com/#ReArranger>, together with the other
actions when pressing "apply new order". Somehow all my attempts killed
the whole button...
Latency
Sometimes when you drag a tag, the draggable-bubbles take some time to
appear, be patient...
Styling
The rearrange-Mode could look more grovy.
I am thankfull for propositions and Tipps for the issues...
