I'm not a regular user of DB. But I just tried it, and it appeared that I could fetch Hegart's cards from a Twederation file on DropBox. So maybe if you want to fetch within the drop box system you can do that -- which is Rick's situation.
What I don't understand is how most people using DB with TW are saving. I can save from DB to a local folder, which can be the local DB folder. It's more cumbersome than the TiddlyFox approach, but not too bad.
