Currently, the system enforces a subset of ASCII characters for field
entry, as shown below.

The reason is that when the wiki is saved fields are saved as HTML
attributes, and historically there has only been robust browser support for
ASCII characters.

If you want to experiment, it's easy to bypass the warning message, though,
by creating the attributes via other means (eg the action-setfield widget).
