Your voice is excellent. REALLY. You could do voiceovers for movies. Unfortunately the sound overall is poor. As a filmmaker I can tell you you need a professional mike designed to attenuate itself to focal sound. Part of the problem looks like the room is too big for standard computer mikes to be able to attenuate speech from ambience. The best bet, lacking full technical support, may be to use any simple extension mike and get people to speak into it fairly closely.
