I think you would make the decision to title or not to title when you
create the tiddler, so you would not need such a mechanism in the moment of
making that decision. The idea of the date time stamp is that creating
titles for most tiddlers is a waste of time. Just paste or write content,
tag, and be done. Much faster without the step of coming up with a title,
if you don't need one.

You are only wondering about more quickly editing the titles because you
are looking at MY tiddlers. But in your own use of TW you will create your
own and make that decision at the moment of creation. And your gut instinct
at that time will probably be right, so you probably won't feel the need to
change your mind later on and add a descriptive title.
