Oh my gosh, I truly thought I was going crazy (I've got a killer head cold 
at the moment, feeling rather foggy!)

Completely unintuitive, because I used to have to do:

!Heading
*some text
!!subheading

*without* line breaks, or TWClassic would add in an extra one!!
