I don't think Cloudant exposes actual web pages -- just data. If it does, that would add a whole new angle. So, you would still need somewhere to put your TW if you want people to see it.
About Tiddlyspot, I can't help wondering why it hasn't been updated to support TW5 out-of-the-box when it's still cluttered with these old versions of TWC. When I see that kind of lag I assume someone is losing interest. Who is paying for TS, and how long can they afford to keep doing that?
