Ran a test with AndTidWiki and a 5.1.13 file on my system, and it worked fine saving. But I'm using Kittkatt. So asked a 5.? user to try it on hers, and it also worked fine.
If you try a brand new 5.1.13 file does it work? I'm wondering if your TW might have become corrupted during the upgrade process. Good luck!
