You can upload the video file to a CDN service or a local server and access it in Tiddlywiki by an URL. What you need to do is create an new tiddler, set the field _canonical_uri to your video URL. For the embed solution, there is a lazy loading mechanism <http://tiddlywiki.com/#LazyLoading> for Node.js server. I didn't test if it can apply to videos.
